Prior to becoming involved in the real estate industry, I had an extensive and successful career in retail sales, PR, and marketing.
Since establishing our business realestate2487 in Kingscliff 15 years ago, I very quickly became the agent with the most sales in the prestige end of the market.
Particularly for apartments on Marine Parade, where I established myself as the 'go to agent' who sells properties quickly and at the highest price.
Our office has sold over 55% of the apartments on Marine Parade where we reside ourselves and live and breathe it!
This has been achieved by a great deal of hard work, without a rent roll to fall back on for listings, as most agencies do.
I am a down-to-earth people person, who loves matching buyers with sellers without any fuss. I enjoy every aspect of listing, marketing and successfully selling real estate and pride myself in doing things "differently" as being creative and "thinking outside the square" is very important to me.
I also pride myself in assisting sellers to present their properties in the best possible way with my extensive experience in styling and staging properties for photo shoots and open homes.
Having renovated and sold many of our own properties over the years, I fully understand the importance of presentation to achieve the highest price. Most people can’t see past what is in front of them, so the better you present a property, the easier it is to sell & most importantly for a premium price!
I enjoy being able to be fully creative and part of an independent office - it gives me the freedom to market each property completely on its merit without any restrictions as is the case with most larger offices. Working along side the seller and being a part of their team is also very important to me.
Every seller was once the buyer, so they are the best person to ask what it was they saw in the property or location that attracted them there in the first place.
Recently my role has moved into the marketing/promotions/styling/staging side of the business to leave Paul to concentrate on the sales. This has been an important shift for me as I love working side by side with home owners in this area & also in business promotion
I am proud of our boutique office and I am a proud local of Kingscliff, New South Wales.
I don’t just sell the property I am also always selling the Tweed Coast... I am living the dream!
